Giant eagle owl

 
Two giant eagle owls!!! Talk about feeling special! We heard a very low "whooing" sound coming from this tree and the guide found two giant eagle owls for us! There was just barely enough light to take a photo, though soon after the guide shown his red light on the owls so we could see them better. It was an absolute treat that they sat above us in the tree and we could watch them hoot while they watched us take photos.
